Acid Sulfate Soils - On management of acid-forming soils in coastal New South Wales (Australia) agriculture.  This site explains what acid sulfate soils are, and how they are exposed by development.  Drainage of coastal flood plains exposes these soils and releases acid leachate, aluminium, iron, and heavy metals into water.

Center for Agriculture in the Environment - The Center for Agriculture in the Environment was jointly created by American Farmland Trust and Northern Illinois University in 1991 to help protect America's agricultural lands and to encourage healthy farming practices.  It is a nonprofit research center that conducts public policy research to reduce the loss of productive farmland and to promote farming practices that lead to a healthy environment.

Nutrient and Water Policy Update - This web site provides information on federal and Pennsylvania policies and programs that aim to reduce the potential environmental impacts of animal agriculture operations, plus information and links on agricultural water use and quality, impacts of concentrated animal feeding, and related topics.

The Public Lands Grazing Activist - Dedicated to reforming the federal government's approach to livestock grazing on lands administered by the U.S.D.A's Forest Service and the U.S.D.I.'s Bureau of Land Management.  This site includes essays, photos, and technical references related to the impacts of livestock grazing on public lands in the Southwestern U.S.

UK Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food Central Science Laboratory - CSL is an Executive Agency of the UK Government Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, specializing in the sciences underpinning agriculture for sustainable crop production, environmental management and conservation and in food safety and quality. 

University of MD Agricultural Nutrient Management - Farmers and scientists can learn about nutrient contamination of the Chesapeake Bay and ways to prevent it by using best management practices.
